- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Not only was LetyShops buggy, but by lunchtime everything seemed to be restored, I placed two orders: one with one product and paid immediately and cashback appeared, literally a minute later I placed an order of 7 positions for almost 14,000 rubles and cashback surprisingly did not appear, neither immediately, neither after five nor after 10 days. I contacted the support service with my problem two days later and the support service replied to me after 4 days that they were heavily loaded, I was in no hurry - I said that I would wait, and yesterday, closer to midnight, they asked me to repeat the screenshots of the order. I sent them and today they send this message: "Unfortunately, Aliexpress did not transfer the reward for your orders. I can not say the exact reason, but this may be due to the large number of buyers on the day of the sale on Aliexpress." there were 212 bonuses and presented with tickets for the prize drawing. It is of course nice that although they were not completely left without compensation, it seems to me that it is necessary to resolve the issue with the Aliexpress trading platform, since the conditions for purchases on the trading platform are fulfilled according to their rules and the recommendations of LetyShops are also met. Unfortunately, AliExpress does not process claims for lost orders. Indeed, information about the source of the referral might not have been recorded due to the large number of orders on the AliExpress platform. Also, the reasons could be: adding goods to the cart and using coupons before switching from LetyShops, individual price adjustments by the seller, work of third-party extensions in the browser.
