It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- for the VAT (value added tax) that is included into each order amount;
- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

It has become some kind of a nightmare! Cashbacks forwarded appear in your personal account! Each lost order has to be "begged", constantly providing proofs and screenshots of purchases! Over the past 2 months, about 10 orders (or maybe more are already difficult to count) were not credited at all, and during the check I found an order that was not credited more than 2 months ago! Today I make a purchase again and again there is no cashback! This is already infuriating! After the presented proof, the employees return the money in the form of a bonus "from their savings" but how much nerves and time it takes for everything! I think it's time to move on to more reliable sites without such jambs! It is very disappointing, especially after already more than 20% discount has accumulated on the fly shop ...
