It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- for the VAT (value added tax) that is included into each order amount;
- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

I give 1 star not to the AliExpress store, but to the Letyshops service. I have been using this service for several years now. Withdraw funds twice for 500 rubles. I have a bronze status. Until 10/25/2018 With the accrual of cashback, everything was more normal, but after something happened, and the cash ceased to be accrued. For two products, I created an appeal to the support service, the money was returned, allegedly from personal funds, then I purchased two more products, there is no cache. For each product, create an appeal and each time explain to the operators that I follow all the rules when buying with cashback, there is neither time nor patience. In spite of, albeit small, accumulated funds, I think to stop working with Letysops and move to another platform.
