It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.

- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

In principle, everything works. Cashback with delays, but appears from a sale. Naturally, to avoid failures (1) delete everything from the basket (2) manually via the Fly website, activate (3) add it again. The addon behaves very unreliable and lights up suspiciously with a green clock, although it is obvious that Ali is resetting the cashback transfer earlier. Most likely, the mass of requests for cashbacks is associated with another blunder of the Addon developers.

The program is not bad, but cashback from some purchases is still not credited. I do everything according to the instructions, I go through the program, pay, but nothing is displayed in my personal account. So, on 11/11/2018 I made an order for 4 products, for 3 of them cashback was displayed in my personal account, and 4 on tmall there is no cashback, on 12/11/2018 I made an order and again the cashback from the purchase was not counted (((Before that, I also made a lot of orders, out of 10 purchases, only 7 were credited with cashback.
