It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.

- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

And it is also frightening that in a number of closed orders the fact of payment was not even reflected, although the money really went away. Will the money be returned for these orders at all ... As for Letyshops - not a single order for 11/10/18 got cashback. Absolutely all orders were made through the mobile application, having previously gone from the Letyshops application. And the amount of orders was significant. The support made partial compensation, but I was counting on completely different numbers. Friends at the start of the sale on 11/10/18 used another service and received cashback for all their orders. Conclusions suggest themselves.

I will share my impressions from 11..11 and solution problems. It didn't go smoothly ... Out of more than 20 transactions, only 2 came .. Support partially compensated for the losses, they make contact, the failure is blamed on Ali's problems .. According to Ali, the red coupons were all useful and applied. As for prepaid transactions, coupons were not applied, they could not be added. I paid only for those deals where the coupon was not needed and cannot be applied .. The site support froze and at the end of 11, they answered that it was impossible and they had nothing to do with it. I bought it according to the old scheme, using coupons, it turned out cheaper .. General impressions like those of the majority were spoiled from 11.11 .... Thanks for your support, but I will take off a star .. There is still room to grow ..

All purchases in AliExpress were made from the mobile application when switching from the LetyShops application and all the rules were followed (put in the basket from "my wishes") Cashback is not credited only for purchases made on 11/11/2018, with purchases made on 11/12/2018 with the same the algorithm is in full order and cashback was accrued. BUT this is minuscule, compared to 11.11. We sweetened the compensation-268 rubles. and mythical tickets
