In Aliexpress it happens as follows: 50% of 3% is 1.5%; 3% + 1.5% = 4.5% ("Other" category). Similarly, 7.5% - the category "Mobile accessories, clothing, interior items, garden supplies" and 2.25% - the category "Mobile phones, tablets and laptops, computer equipment and accessories, audio and video equipment, external storage".

I wrote to the support service, there was no response for 5 days, but then they still answered and offered 250 rubles as a refund, although they should have accrued about 600 rubles (all orders were made according to your rules and all screenshots of technical support were provided), after that I wrote about this review, but it was never published. And now I ordered a withdrawal and have not been withdrawing for the 3rd day. I hope they will solve my problem, otherwise there is already a very great desire to find another cashback service.

You may be referring to the difference in the amount of orders. It is related to the rate at which the currency was converted on Aliexpress and here. The cost of all goods on Aliexpress is initially in dollars.
Before publishing on the Russian-language version of the site, Aliexpress performs conversion into rubles. The store sends us information about the amount of the order in dollars. And we, in turn, convert it into rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the time the order is received in our system. Due to the fact that the rates at which we and Aliexpress can convert currency may differ, the order amount may also differ.
