- замовлення з регіонів, в які магазин не доставляє замовлення;
- замовлення, зроблені з корпоративної адреси @moyo;
- замовлення, зроблені співробітниками Moyo.ua.

Що робити, щоб отримати кешбек:
1. Відключити блокування реклами.
2. Якщо в замовлення потрібно внести зміни, необхідно скасувати початкове замовлення через кол-центр, а потім заново оформити замовлення через LetyShops.
3. Замовлення по безготівковому розрахунку оформляти без індивідуальної знижки від магазину.
4. Юр.особам необхідно купувати товари за ціною сайту, щоб отримати кешбек.

Cashback for Moyo UA is provided for Ukraine (except for Luhansk, Donetsk regions and Crimea). Separsky shop, for them in these areas not Ukrainians live. Don't buy anything from them.

I chose my TV. During Black Friday, moyo had an increased cashback of around 3%. I took the TV set for 20800, i.e. there is a decent cashback of UAH 624. So it turned out that moyo was the only store that took almost 250 UAH from me for delivery. Letyshops compensated 300 UAH and said that they would solve my question when they received an answer from moyo. But for 2 months there is no news. In fact, I bought a TV set for 20 thousand, turned out to be in the black for 50 UAH

The store sent a bonus to my order No. 1240306610 - UAH 100, thereby confirming that the purchase through letyshops was done. However, the main body of the cashback, about UAH 400, was never credited. The final answer from the store to the letyshops support did not come, and more than 2 months have passed since. Sharaga, ordered a laptop for UAH 20k, the cashback did not come, after contacting the support service it turned out that the cashback was overwritten, and someone else received it. Returned half of what was expected. The sediment remained. I advise you to bypass and buy in another store with a lower percentage, but get the full amount of cashback.
