Що робити, щоб отримати кешбек:
1. Відключити блокування реклами.
2. Якщо в замовлення потрібно внести зміни, необхідно скасувати початкове замовлення через кол-центр, а потім заново оформити замовлення через LetyShops.

Supplement to my review from 20.07.2018. The situation was resolved in my favor. Many thanks to both the letyshops service and the moyo store. I was constantly in touch with some and with others. No one tried to immediately deny something or say that I did something wrong, and we are not to blame. Yes, the process was not fast, about 1.5 months, but in the end, cashback was immediately credited without the "pending" status. Withdrawn without problems for 20 minutes in several transactions. Recently, the quality of services and stores is checked not by how they work, but by how they resolve non-standard disputes or conflict situations. And in this case, both lety and moyo showed their best side for which many thanks to them.
Cashback was stupidly canceled, allegedly with the reason that I refused the product.

A very strange situation. I made a lot of orders in Moyo and all cashbacks came and everything was fine. The orders were not very large. And then I make 2 orders for a total of about 600 thousand UAH and NONE OF THEM appears in the waiting status. I have already paid for everything and took it away. Appeals to those who will support Lety and Moyo have been sent, but so far 3 weeks and the result is 0. I'm starting to think that someone just doesn't want to pay such a cashback.
