I call the store to report the incident and they refer the call directly to SEUR. They give a lousy service, they hire an agency with worse service and not happy with that they don't answer your calls.

I placed my first order taking advantage of a 15% cashback increase. 24 hours later the cashback did not appear and I opened a request, letyshop says that it cannot find the cashback and that it is going to contact the store. I did not use any discount coupon since I did not reach the minimum and I preferred to use the 15% cashback instead of the 10% coupon. I hope they can credit the cashback soon since it was around €7.
