Cashback has not yet been credited, but the office is responsible. The train was late and therefore did not get on the bus. But the bus driver himself called back, clarified where I was and (half an hour before the departure of the bus) and said where to take a taxi to intercept the bus (while he was driving and collecting passengers around the city).
