At first they said that the blender would arrive on the 10th. Did not come. I called on the 12th to find out what was the matter. They said they had it in the warehouse, they were about to bring it, guaranteed up to 15, inclusive. On December 16, they called themselves, said that the manufacturer had not shipped, they asked if they were ready to wait until the end of December. I agreed. Then I was told that it was good, they would then re-issue (!) The order themselves. When I refused and said to send it according to the already issued, they replied that everything, it is impossible, it will be canceled. Canceled. I think the reason why they refused to sell the blender on an open order, suggesting to reissue it on their own, is obvious.

Not only does the store sell non-existent goods, the site says "in stock", in fact the goods need to wait for several weeks. To the support call - the answer is that yesterday the order was canceled because I do not agree with the delivery time. To my reasonable question that I did not complain about anything, they answered that they could re-create the order. And then what will happen to the cashback - they did not answer anything intelligible. In short, wretched disgusting, designed for suckers - an order with an increased cashback was stupidly canceled, but they are supposedly ready to recreate a new one. Foxtrot is the bottom.
