SCAM Since JANUARY 2021, I've been waiting for a refund for a super-expensive trip. They don't answer emails; letyshop just makes excuses. In the end, they say I didn't go on that trip, even though Expedia paid, there's a record of it, and I have bank records of purchases at the resort. Expedia and letyshop are scamming people. Obviously, they're going to file a complaint in court and with the European Consumer Agency. And if they delete this review, I'll file another complaint.
