I have made a couple of purchases and they have not credited the cashback. The first has been in a claim status for weeks, and the second I have just claimed, after 24 hours. In the second I have made sure of the advice on extensions and windows, but I consider that that is not the problem with El Corte Inglés. The problem is that they do not comply with you or with their clients. They should be removed from the system, because it NEVER complies with the service while the rest of the stores always work excellently.

Whenever I buy in El Corte Inglés through Letyshops it never works correctly for me ... when it goes to the payment gateway the Letyshops extension is deactivated (it is no longer green) and I do not have third-party extensions enabled or anything.
