I placed an order on 01.08.2024. On 06.08.2024 I wrote an email asking what was happening with the order: no email, no tracking number in the app. And the estimated delivery time is 1-3 days. Only after my email did I find out that the shipment was not there, because the product I chose was not there. But on the website it is available... hmmm...
