The company provides cashback for purchases in various stores, with a percentage varying depending on the time of year. Until recently, the transitions were correct and the cashback management appeared without any problem in the App/Web. Recently, this has stopped working as it should. I use an iOS device to make my purchases, I meet the requirements and I buy the products. As I have already had several NO cashbacks, I take screenshots of the process to later provide them if necessary (they are starting to fail). The current problem is that you have to justify each purchase you make in stores as they do not appear in the App, despite having carried out the cashback process through it. This makes the process take even longer, having to wait for a response from both LetyShop and the store, which is ultimately negative. This is the 4-5 time I have purchased products and I have to start a dispute in the App indicating that I have made a purchase and that my cashback has not been reported. I have to wait for them to answer me and after several months of waiting I receive the same response. 1. That the merchant has not provided details of the purchase and that therefore it has been lost and nothing can be done; 2. That it has not been done correctly; 3. That they had already reported on their website that there were errors with certain merchants; 4. That I have breached the rules and policies and that is why I have not been given the cashback; 5. That I have used a code that does not belong to LetyShop; As well as other answers. As compensation, they offer you a code with a higher cashback bonus, which you use again and it gives you the same problem with the merchant. Also, as a solution, they offer you to purchase an Android, iOS or PC (Windows / Linux) product and have your antivirus, firewalls and cookies disabled, and to make the purchase, checking on their website that there is no error. They also ask you to make a recording of the entire purchase process so that the purchase can be better justified. In other words, to use a simple application with transitions to websites or associated apps, you have to invest the same amount of time as you would in getting a master's degree. The application worked great, but the detour taken lately only encourages people not to use the application. Having to justify each purchase you make, taking screenshots and videos of the entire process, is NOT a solution. I DO NOT recommend using the LetyShop App / Web, unless you want to open disputes and justify each purchase you make, when before it was a simple and automatic process.

What I liked most was being able to discuss the problem with a real person and not a chatbot. -And on this occasion in particular your patience and proposed solutions to satisfy my request for cashback. What I liked least, because although I am not much of an online shopper, I have had to claim cashback from you several times because something went wrong. I have learned that I have to keep screenshots of everything because sometimes your application fails...
