Earlier The cashback used to come on time and getting tracked automatically but now it not tracks and later after so many chats and contacting they credited only 58inr instead of 250 really disappointed....

Cashback appears automatically on your balance if the store provide us with the information about it.
As the terms and conditions were broken (cashback is not credited for orders in which a discount has been applied), we did not receive a reward for this order ourselves. In such cases we are only able to credit a partial cashback.
