I made my first purchase through the app at La Casa del Libro and the cashback was not recognised. I immediately informed LetyShops customer service and I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue. They told me that they had contacted the store and that they have to wait for it to be resolved. They gave me a period of 4 months. For my part, I have also contacted La Casa del Libro and in turn, they refer me to them, because, logically, it is their responsibility, since I did it through their app and they have nothing to do with it. I feel cheated and I no longer trust that it will be resolved.
