Pay attention not only to the kW price, pay attention to the power price and you'll be able to compare with other companies on an equal footing. If Letyshop is compensating customers out of their own pocket with €10, due to Iberdrola's refusal, there's only one reason... and that is that Letyshop is aware that they are refusing without reason.
