I bought a washing machine at Foxtrot. I designed it through your service. A month later, I received a notification that the cashback was declined. In my office I did not see such an order number at all. In an appeal to the store, I was told that the order was reissued, but that order was canceled. And it turns out that I kind of refused to buy. I had no problems with calculating cashback from Foxtrot, just over two weeks and cashback on my account. I'm happy with everything.
I am satisfied with the work of the LetyShops Care Service, but I do not recommend buying at Foxtrot. I bought and paid for the order in the Foxtrot online store right away. The cache did not appear. I made a screenshot of the Foxtrot Personal Account, a screen that the LetyShops extension was activated, a screen from the bank about payment. Two weeks later I received the goods, but Cash never showed up. I sent a check that was already given in the store, after which my Cash was credited with a bonus. For the second time I had such a case with Foxtrot + a friend had the same thing. From the moment of purchase until receipt, Foxtrot spontaneously changes the order number three times.

I have been working with this service for a long time, but everything is very bad with the Foxtrot store. The first big cashback was simply rejected for no apparent reason. Although I was already negotiating with managers and sending a photo of the receipt for the purchase. The answer is silence ... Other cashbacks are very sluggish. Of the several purchases, only one cashback was provided and, as the manager said, from the Letichops service. Another buyer wrote by some miracle to photograph the check again. Sent, silence again. So, one conclusion. Someone is doing badly. I can't recommend buying on Foxtrot through Letichops.
