Very bad experience. Last week I bought a vacuum cleaner in this store. As part of the Black Friday offers from Letishops they gave me 14% back. That encouraged me to buy this vacuum cleaner in advance, even though it didn't suit me at all, and to opt for the Cecotec brand. I had planned to buy one from another brand that was cheaper, but with the cashback refund it was similar. I noticed that after following all the steps I was always shown the cashback activated icon. After the purchase, what was my surprise is that it doesn't appear as pending. I have claimed it and now I have to wait 4 months to see what the store says... but they have already done me a disservice because I made a financial effort by buying in advance in the hope that it would be rewarded. I am quite upset to be honest. I regularly use the LetiShops app and I have no problems, but coincidentally the two times I have bought something for which they should have given me a higher cashback this has happened. And it really makes me angry.

I made a fairly large order and since I saw that they returned a good percentage of cashback, I did it through Letyshop. Well, the cashback didn't appear in 24 hours as it usually happens, so I opened a claim proving the payment and the order made on the website and what I found was that Letyshop indicates that it hasn't found the cashback in its system. In addition, it tells me that the store can take up to 4 months to give me an answer xd 4 months for them to finally say maybe no. A bit of a shame.

The Cashback did not appear, and when I claimed it they canceled my order. I was e. promotion and had a 10% Cashback. They have not sent me the product or the Cashback. I do not recommend buying in this store.
