  • for products of the following brands: Chanel, Dior, Hermés, It Cosmetics, Dermacosmetics, InnerBeauty, La Mer, La Prairie, Dyson, as well as for any item marked as the BEST PRICE offer;
  • in case of using coupons, vouchers or promotional codes of any kind that are not published on the LetyShops website or made available to a user through the Douglas newsletter;
  • for orders in which the user activates Beauty Points of the Douglas Beauty Card or redeems a gift card;
  • in case of using the store's mobile app;
  • for orders made by the Douglas Group employees;
  • for a gift card purchase;
  • for bulk orders.
Attention!
  • The order should be completed within 30 minutes after reaching the product page from the LetyShops website for cashback to be credited.
  • According to the store's terms and conditions, any requests regarding the lost or rejected cashback should be applied within 90 days after the purchase has been made.
  • If an order has been returned partially, cashback will be reduced proportionally.
  • Cashback is credited only for the article net value excluding the value added tax, all other taxes and fees and the additional costs for delivery and shipping.
