They sent a defective product, communicated about the exchange with passive aggression. After reading reviews about returns/exchanges and defective products, I lost hope of a solution. However, I wrote a review on the hotline and the procedure was accelerated. They replied that they would exchange the product, but 5 minutes after the conversation they wrote that they would return the money, as the product was not available. However, the product was available on all sites where they advertise. These are scammers and I do not recommend anyone to order from this site. It is better to overpay some 200 UAH and order on another site with confidence that the item corresponds to the description and works, otherwise you will get a cat in a bag.

Then it turned out that the amount for which I made the order - UAH 1,448 remains the same if I pay in cash, and if I pay by card, it is 2% higher. I was offered to withdraw cash and pay. Some strange policy of the store. Maybe this is how the employees earn? I recommend taking into account that the price of the ordered goods subject to change without notice!
