Great first experience with this agency, everything went smoothly. Booked a car in Montenegro in late May - early June, in mid-June, the cashback was confirmed. We traveled in a brand new car of 2020, saw a wonderful country (I recommend!) With quality roads, received cashback (it was charged for the amount minus the agency's prepayment, ie the actual amount of booking paid to the rental office).

The service is not bad, at prices slightly lower than those of international leaders. They aggregate small local car rental companies, so there is plenty to choose from. Minuses:
- the real availability of cars needs to be clarified, the car I needed, in fact, was not there, I had to take a more expensive one
- they will reject your cashback even if all the conditions are met
- deposit only in cash, credit card is not allowed
