I am sending too. I call up and ask you to do everything right and send it in 1 package (I called 3 times and strained the manager). It dragged on for 2 weeks because while the order left, while it arrived, it was sent back and repackaged. In short, everything took about 1 month. Well that okay not urgently waited 1 month. Everything seems to have passed as normal, but the order via cashback is NOT VALID since they canceled it and created a new one. Themselves on which already kaneshno Bagel. Here is case 2. I ordered everything as always through cashback, everything worked, the cashback order appeared in the personal account (foxtrot) all good. After 2 days I go to my personal account, there is NO ORDER AT ALL and the trace is EASY. I make a call back. The manager, the girl, says well, they say, I see the last order, but I don’t see your WHAT ON BN, then after a while she says, but found it, I clarify why (not in the office) I’m waiting for 5 minutes listening to music. The answer struck me: WELL, YOU HAVE THE SAME WITHOUT CHANGE. It shouldn't be displayed. So and I SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS EARLIER and the TTN was appropriated, how can I find out that it is being executed? The answer is: DO YOU DOUBT ABOUT MY COMPETENCE ??? And how stuck it was! I say how to track an item? She SAYS STAY ON THE LINE I will CLARIFY - I am talking about competence in her direction. THEY DO NOT * RENA KNOW. My further conversation turned into a very negative review of the store and said that I would buy ANYTHING FROM THEM more. And I do not advise you - Big disappointment in the store !!! I registered with this cashback service to order a blender in foxtrot for a multiplied cashback on Black Friday. Cashback (about UAH 300) appeared pending. Then the circus began. At first they said that the blender would arrive on the 10th. Did not come. I called on the 12th to find out what was the matter. They said they had it in the warehouse, they were about to bring it, guaranteed up to 15, inclusive. On December 16, they called themselves, said that the manufacturer had not shipped, they asked if they were ready to wait until the end of December. I agreed. Then I was told that it was good, they would then re-issue (!) The order themselves. When I refused and said to send it according to the already issued, they replied that everything, it is impossible, it will be canceled. Canceled. I think the reason why they refused to sell the blender on an open order, suggesting to reissue it on their own, is obvious.

Made 3 or 4 different orders. Once I waited for a cashback for about 2.5 months (the order was for 30,000), the rest of the times it came much faster. In general, I am satisfied, there were no problems with the accrual even once. Foxtrot also credits something like cashback bonuses in its personal account, so do not forget to register there.
Guys! Be careful when paying with MONOBANK card. Cashback is not credited. I discovered this after payment by opening a cashback dispute. I made a big purchase for UAH 40,000 and counted on a good cashback, but no! And what they write here "When paying with a Monobank card, cashback is paid only on the side of the bank." I can't understand at all, because I don't have any cashbacks from the monobank in the foxtrot network.
