It's good that I read the reviews after, because I probably wouldn't have ordered :) I want to share my experience, because everything went well for me! 10.04 made an order 13.04 received an SMS that the shipment was sent 15.04 picked up at the post office I did not communicate with any of the employees, did not call the hotline. Everything was available, as everything came (also perfectly packed). And I ordered a lot: and household chemicals, and hygiene products, and cosmetics. The only thing that worries me is that the cashback didn't even show up in anticipation (I paid for everything at once). But, as far as I understand, this question is no longer up to the store, but to the LetyShops service itself. Good luck shopping! :)

I called the line, I say that one item was not added to me, as it turned out that the product was out of stock, but it was displayed on the site, but it was not added to the cart. We changed the color well, said the size, the support said that they will add it now. A letter comes to the post office, the product was added, but the size was not correct ... I was already beginning to get very nervous. I call them again, I say that the size is not the same, then, just in case, I ask because you are correcting the order for me the cashback will not be lost? And she tells me that cashback is credited only if you pay immediately on the site. I’m like that, well for ***, there are simply no words, it’s not written anywhere. I canceled the order, I think, okay, now we will issue a new one and pay on the website. It turned out that while I was adding the product to the cart again, one item had already been completely sold out, which I needed most of all. Well I found something similar, I ordered it. It turned out that cashback was no longer 4.8% as a new client, but 2.2%, although I had not bought anything yet! Well, I already thought okay all the same the price is small. I ordered and paid. A week passes I call them, I say a week has passed already on the site it is written that the delivery is 2-3 days, where is my order ?! And they tell me that we are sorry, but one item is out of stock ... But you couldn't call me personally and say that the product was out of stock ???? Okay, I calmed down. He said let's remove it then, they told me ok, now within 15 minutes we will edit the order, the money will be returned to your card and you will pay for the already edited order. An hour passes, there is no money, I call them. They say, well, the refund takes place within 3 days. I'm so okay, but I can't pay for the edited order until I get the money back! She is good now I will change the payment method to "Payment upon receipt" when the parcel arrives, the money will be returned to you for sure! I was already delighted, finally, finally, my order will be delivered to me and the money will be returned ... As a result, 2 days have passed, the order was delivered, but the funds were not returned to the card. I think okay, after all, she spoke up to 3 days, I'll wait ... 8 days have passed, but there is no money. Conclusion in such a case, do not pay for the order immediately online, under any circumstances! The cashback was cut for me, what I wanted was not available, the site does not show whether the product is really there or not, the support is deaf, they say one thing, but something else happens ... I'm waiting for my money to be returned at last.

I tried to place an order twice. For the first time I paid and waited for 2-3 days, as stated on the site, but a week later there was silence, I called, they said that one product from a partner and delivery was not. I re-ordered from the product, which is always in Eve, a week later they called and said that something was missing and it is unknown when it will be, although it is available on the site. Both times she seemed to sigh with relief when she canceled the order. There is no personal account, it is difficult to call the hotline, it would be better to stay offline.

04/01/2020 made an order and paid. Delivery provided by the store 2-3 days. 6 days have passed the product is gone. And to call poorly? Why are they waiting, they suddenly forget about the order? To the question, is it possible to replace with something, the answer killed - "I will start to list everything for you now? Look for yourself and then call back." And hung up. I was shocked. Firstly, I barely got through to them, spending half a day, then I began to look for something to replace the missing position, but, strangely enough, they have it in stock. And what should I order now? Maybe they only have everything in stock? Today, on the 7th day, I have been calling them for the third hour and I can’t get through. This is not enough nerves. I do not advise anyone such a grief shop, health is more expensive !!!!!

Not satisfied! After payment, 6 days passed and the SMS did not even come that sent. Just horror paid by card and no goods. Such is the delivery of goods. I wanted to make an order here. We must at least wait for this (

Perhaps the only large store that does not have a personal account. Shame! And although the prices are quite reasonable, there will be no information about your order. Cashback is also a problem - it is not charged and you have to contact the care service.

If you are planning to buy something here, get ready to fight for your cashback. I have already taken the product, but there is no cashback even while waiting, but 2 days have passed since the moment of ordering, and 3 days since the moment of payment. Awful online store. They do not even indicate the exact date of shipment of the goods! I do not recommend it. Great first order, very satisfied (no).

Today, the cashback is finally credited, almost 2 months have passed since the order on February 6. But very strangely, it was credited after I went to the app and a few minutes later came in and saw that it came as I added to the favorites one store. I have the impression that this summer controls enrollment, not stores.
