- In case of using coupons cashback may be credited only if a user has reached Banggood from LetyShops.
- Cashback is not credited or is equal to zero if an order has been fully paid with a gift certificate.
- Сashback can be cancelled upon starting a dispute.
- Cashback for orders made using the Banggood app is credited only if payment has been made through PayPal.
- Cashback is credited only for the article net value excluding the value added tax, all other taxes and fees and the additional costs for delivery and shipping.
- Cashback is not credited if you have reached Banggood after clicking on search result or advertising block on another website.
- In order not to lose your cashback, we recommend you to delete cookies in your browser before you go to the Banggood website. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del for that. For example my purchase with lettyshop and banggood of a laptop. The cash back does not appear in their system and they say they have to claim it from the store. But curiously it appears in my letyshop history that a views and transaction were made at that time. The requirements were met and nothing almost 50 euros. That you save banggood and lettyshop earning for promoting it. It is the most horrible integration that I have seen at the computer level without the possibility of an actual calculation when shopping at an affiliate store. We regret that this situation has happened. Unfortunately, we see that the conditions of the store have been broken (the order was placed in the Banggood app and paid with a card). Cashback for orders placed on the Banggood mobile app only accrues when paying through PayPal.

Well, I'm not satisfied, by activating the CashBack at LetyShop the price has increased from 314 to 348 on Bangood and through the alleged CashBack 21% which, according to LetyShops support, can apparently not be more than 10 €, I have a loss of Made € 28 just because I used LetyShops.
