made 26 orders on 11.11 for almost 1000 dollars .. none of the cashback appeared, except for this orders where 5 dollar coupons were applied (about 6-8 orders I don’t remember exactly) aliexpress canceled with the status "order closed" .. ostensibly for security reasons ... but these were orders not at the beginning and not at the end of the list, so it is obvious that the store is merging its own coupons in this way .. if the cache is not credited, I will refuse to receive it, let it go to China, and the money will be returned to me ... without sales were cheaper))) everything is in Chinese ... by the way, there are no such problems on Chinese taobao and the prices are lower though in yuan.

This year, Aliexpress changed the conditions under which cashback is credited. Namely, he added a rule that it is necessary to receive coupons and form a basket after switching from our service.
During the sale, there was a significant load on the store, as a large number of orders were placed. We assume that due to this load, the tags were not attached, that the orders are from us.
Due to the new conditions, many users followed the old algorithms and did not receive cashback.
We understand you. After all, like you, we do not receive remuneration for orders that do not enter the system. We are trying to compensate for the amounts from personal funds and to understand the situation as much as possible.
As for the dollar exchange rate, we cannot comment on the situation. This is the internal policy of the store.
