At the first purchase with Cashback, I used the code 2x and there was a 30% premium for a beginner. As practice shows, an order in a personal account on the store's website is in the "Payment processing" status for about 18 days after confirmation. When the status changes to "Completed", cashback is credited to the balance within a few days. You need to wait a bit :)
