But as a user, this complaint does not make it more comfortable for me to communicate. The answers do not always come to the point (again, they complain about the congestion). Only after the next appeal, the issue is somehow resolved. 2 Situations related to non-accrual of cashback began to arise more often! (So, for example, for the same session, in the same way, and with the same payment, you buy 6 goods from different sellers, and cashback is charged only for 3!). 3 Situations related to the payment of cashback on closed orders began to arise more often (for example, after an ineffectual weekly waiting for payments, you have to open messages and resolve these issues in a "manual" mode). 4 The attractiveness of the service is declining for another significant reason. For example, earlier, when I still had a bronze status, the base rate on most goods on Aliexpress was 3%, and taking into account my status - 3.3%! Now I have a silver status, and the base rate on most goods on Aliexpress is 2.5%, and taking into account my status - 3.0% !. Those. the attractiveness for me as a user is greatly reduced. You start to think ...! The service will certainly give some explanation for all this, but this, I am sure, is not a solution to issues, but an excuse that will not add convenience and attractiveness to the user. I compared all the moments as it was before, and what has become now (using my personal experience with your service). Something needs to be changed!
