In the Temu store, two basic cashback rates were in effect at the time of placing the order:
10% - new Temu client.
1% - existing Temu client.
Taking into account the 10X increase, the cashback was 10%.
100% was credited exclusively for the purchase of a new customer from the Temu store.
The new Temu customer rate only applies if you are logging into your Temu account for the first time.
This rate does not apply:
- if the user logs in to the same account again;
- if the user logs in to any account from the same device used for the previous login;
- if the user logs into any account from the same IP address used for the previous login.
