When the cashback is normal, they don't give me any problems and at the latest the next day the cashback is reflected, but the last time they raised it they wouldn't let me make the purchase if I made the transition from Letyshops. High cashback in the House of the book is synonymous with not appearing to you. I've been using letyshops for a long time and it's perfect, but there are stores that just when they have higher cashbacks... don't appear. A pity. I don't think it's a problem with letyshops, but with the stores themselves. I hope they solve it for me... I bought the books there for the cashback, otherwise I wouldn't have bought them there.

After several orders I have had one in which they did not return 10% of the offer but the usual 2.5. When I made the claim at Letyshops, they immediately started up and solved it immediately, they even paid me the difference before the final recognition of La casa del libro. Totally recommended!
