Foxtrot has become so greedy that on his birthday he has cashback as well as on days of simple increased cashback. I do not recommend this store because of the long refund process and the disappearance of cashback due to payment by a non-partner bank (Kredobank). One star and for rude sellers. Choose better stores, not this one.

Foxtrot is the worst store. 1) they themselves cancel your order, because you see they didn’t get through to the client/buyer the first time on SUNDAY at 10:00 AM!!! Imagine how impudent the client is, didn’t answer the call on such a day and time! I call back at the number (044)…, I hear that Foxtrot, and they tell me that my order was canceled. WTF?! They explained because I didn’t answer their call. They reissued it themselves. BUT!!! I lost the cashback…. 2) they delete negative (or with 1-2 stars) comments on the Foxtrot website. CHECKED repeatedly! They are satisfied only with good reviews so that you don’t know the real disadvantages of the product or about the poor work of Foxtrot (Never again!
