Purchases at Banggood with cashback in your country
- When shopping at Banggood, you must wait for the Thank You page to appear (it will load immediately after order payment). If you close the tab before that, cashback will not be credited.
- After paying for your order using WebMoney you have to return to the store website using the corresponding button in order to not lose your cashback.
- Cashback is not credited if an order has been made after reaching Banggood from any third party website, e.g. from any coupon service.
- In case of using coupons cashback may be credited only if a user has reached Banggood from LetyShops.
- Cashback is not credited or is equal to zero if an order has been fully paid with a gift certificate.
- Сashback can be cancelled upon starting a dispute.
- Cashback for orders made using the Banggood app is credited only if payment has been made through PayPal.
- Cashback is credited only for the article net value excluding the value added tax, all other taxes and fees and the additional costs for delivery and shipping.
- Cashback is not credited if you have reached Banggood after clicking on search result or advertising block on another website.
- In order not to lose your cashback, we recommend you to delete cookies in your browser before you go to the Banggood website. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del for that. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time". The reason for this is that the cookies from other affiliate websites may lead to the loss of cashback. Very bad. I ordered something and then it didn't work as expected. I wrote to activate the return and they never answered me.
Regrettable. Terrible. I have no other words for Lettyshop and its integrations with many of the stores that advertise cashback. For example, my laptop purchase with Lettyshop and Banggood. The cashback doesn't appear in their system, and they say they have to claim it from the store. But curiously, it appears in my Lettyshop history that a view and transaction was made in that hour. The requirements were met, and nothing, almost 50 euros. Banggood and Lettyshop are saving by promoting it. It's the most horrible integration I've seen on a computer level, with no possibility of a real calculation when you buy from an affiliate store. If it doesn't work out in the end, it's time to try other alternatives that Alan does better than Lettyshop, and of course, promote them. They can't deceive us in this way to encourage purchases from their affiliates.

We regret this situation. Unfortunately, we see that the store's terms and conditions have been violated (the order was placed on the Banggood app and paid for with a card). Cashback for orders placed on the Banggood mobile app is only accrued when paying through PayPal.
We've also contacted our partners. If we receive a positive response, we'll issue the refund.
