We found out that the store credited the reward for this order to another partner. This can happen if:
- during the order process, the user was redirected to advertising banners or other tabs were opened;
- the order was placed using promotional codes not posted on the LetyShops website;
- the transition to the product page was made via external links;
- the product was added to the cart before going through our service;
- payment was made by bank card with cashback during the promotion or other third-party rewards.
Unfortunately, we also did not receive any remuneration from the partner, however, to support you, we have accrued a bonus from the company's funds.
I was unpleasantly surprised by Answer UA or Lety, "for some reason" the cashback was lost, especially during the increase, why increase it only to "lose" it later???
