Alina, LetyShops works with stores through a special affiliate program, like all other cashback services. You complete the purchase, the store transmits information, the reward is displayed in your account. If it doesn't appear automatically, we also don't receive anything from the store.
Unfortunately, Qatar Airways does not process requests for lost cashback.
