We are interested in the automatic accrual of cashback. With these orders, the store did not provide us with any data. The reason for the non-appearance of the cashback was also unfortunately not given.
It is also not possible to ask the partners to explain the situation, as they do not accept such requests.
Due to the above, we did not receive a commission. We can see that previously the bonus from the company's funds was already charged. Unfortunately, we cannot charge it all the time.
I stopped shopping on Allegro through the Summer website, I use a different website (after the last rejection last week I unsnapped Summer's plug - it's a waste of time), I did a lot of purchases and during the week I charged almost PLN 80, from the Allegro without asking - Cashback myself each time it charges even with a penny purchase. a Here, since June, I had all my cashbacks rejected - none was charged for two months! I received the answer "The store does not accept complaints about the lost cashback." A comment from Lety: clean up, done, relogged. Purchases always from the same category, purchase always with the transfer from Summer and nothing has been charged, I do not intend to ask Summer for cashback again because I am a waste of time.

For us, it is also very important that the cashback is calculated automatically.
In the case of orders, the store did not provide us with any information. What was the reason for the loss, the store does not inform about. It is also not possible to contact the partners to clarify the situation, as Allegro does not deal with such cases.
As we have not received anything for the remaining lost orders and the bonus was previously accrued from LetyShops funds, we cannot do this in all cases. We always try to support our users, but in this case we cannot charge you a refund.

Until the SILVER status was obtained, everything was rather good, i.e. I had to ask for cashback quite often, but it was included and charged, but now, after reporting that it was not charged, the answer is "The store does not accept complaints about the lost cashback."
