Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
But if your order contains several items of the same product, it will not be divided into separate parts. Cashback will be credited as for one order.
To get cashback, add products to your cart only after going through LetyShops and disable other plugins before purchasing.
Cashback is not credited for:
- orders made through Allegro's mobile app;
- orders made in different categories at one time;
- orders through Allegro Lokalnie;
- if a gift card is redeemed;
- all offers published in the form of auctions;

- the following categories.
Allegro PL does not deliver orders to all countries of the world, but you can use delivery services of your country for that.

Until the SILVER status was obtained, everything was rather good, i.e. I had to ask for cashback quite often, but it was included and charged, but now, after reporting that it was not charged, the answer is "The store does not accept complaints about the lost cashback." I do not know what to think about it. Once, I even gave a comment with similar content, but it was not published. I'm a bit disappointed ;-(

The order amount does not affect the cashback calculation. The loss may result from a violation of the store's terms and conditions or the cashback checkout algorithm. We cannot always compensate the cashback amount in full, because the partners do not transfer commission for lost orders.

For previous orders that did not appear, the bonus was charged from LetyShops funds. We cannot always do this as we do not receive anything for such orders.

We advise you to try using a different browser and clear your browser history before ordering. This can help you get the funds.

Although everything is done in accordance with the regulations (I have read 4 times), cashback rarely enters automatically, almost every time you have to write to the support for cashback. Which is troublesome with a larger number of transactions, because having the plug-in installed and running, you shouldn't have to worry about anything.
