Whenever I have bought in this store when the cashback is NOT increased, it has appreciated me at the moment and without any problem. However, how much I have wanted to take advantage of a large cashback increase (of more than 20%) I always have problems. Now I am waiting for a minimum of 4 months to be approved for that cashback in which I would have recovered more than € 10 of purchase. In recent months I have seen that the app does not work well and I have to claim many of the purchases in this and other stores.
