In practice, it’s a very good store, I place orders very often, up to 10 orders per month. Very good impression of the store, price, promotions and approach to customers! I read customer reviews and believe that all negative reviews are emotional! During the entire period of cooperation (my purchases), various issues arose: the absence of an ordered product, a product that did not correspond to what was stated on the website, a product with damaged packaging, the store always offered options for resolving the issue without harming me! I made an order more than once. Half of the orders were with problems - something is not available at all that has already been paid for; then the delay in sending - they explained that the goods will arrive soon and they will send them; something is missing in the delivered order; then the quantity does not correspond to the description, etc. But, after a call to their support service, everything was resolved - they refunded the money, sent the unpaid amount, additionally compensated with promotional codes or gifts. Cashback was always accrued if you didn't use their promo codes.
Oh, trash with deliveries and with communications too, very long delivery, they don't send in the specified time and don't warn about it. And not with one order. There is no desire to order from this store.
This is horror, not a store. They could not send the order for 3 days. Every other support operator came up with his own version of why it wasn't sent. On the 4th day, I canceled the order. On the 5th day, they sent the product that I refused. Called support again. They told me that they can't do anything, the goods have already been shipped. I will need to opt out of receiving at the new post office. After talking with the operator, I receive a message from New Post that I refused the package. Which they should not have sent and they said that they could not cancel it. Then came the next stage. Refund stage. This process took 9 days. And the support service assured me that the funds were returned on December 1. Although this is the order date. The funds were returned as early as 10.12. I highly recommend passing by this store. Precious nerves and irreplaceable time were wasted.
