The phone was a gift, but not the point. I read the terms of accrual, made an order. They promised to deliver on 11/29, but in fact the goods were delivered in the evening of 11/30. Paid, took. I was alarmed that the order number in Foxtrot and in Letyshops did not match, which I reported to the care service. But I was told that it is always like this with Foxtrot, this is normal. And here's what happened: 1 case: I made an order through cashback, after 3 days they send the order, I come to New Mail and I understand that the order has not all arrived, and the documents are not all, I refuse to receive it, I send it back, after 1 day another arrives a parcel from another ttn missing order without any documents at all. I am sending too. I call up and ask you to do everything right and send it in 1 package (I called 3 times and strained the manager). It dragged on for 2 weeks because while the order left, while it arrived, it was sent back and repackaged. In short, everything took about 1 month. Well that okay not urgently waited 1 month. Everything seems to have passed as normal, but the order via cashback is NOT VALID since they canceled it and created a new one. Themselves on which already kaneshno Bagel. Here is case 2. I ordered everything as always through cashback, everything worked, the cashback order appeared in the personal account (foxtrot) all good. After 2 days I go to my personal account, there is NO ORDER AT ALL and the trace is EASY. I make a call back. The manager, the girl, says well, they say, I see the last order, but I don’t see your WHAT ON BN, then after a while she says, but found it, I clarify why (not in the office) I’m waiting for 5 minutes listening to music. The answer struck me: WELL, YOU HAVE THE SAME WITHOUT CHANGE. It shouldn't be displayed.
