The toy came to the child for his birthday not in a complete set, they are sorted out. The holiday was not spoiled, but not pleasant, considering that the goods in this store are much more expensive. A toy without additional equipment, not suitable for use. Cashback for both orders was not credited and was not displayed. Thanks to Letyshops, we quickly figured it out and solved the issue with the cashback. As for Citrus, a week has passed, after repeated calls to support, complete ignorance of the situation. I do not recommend, prices are much higher than in other online stores, after-sales service is at the lowest level

Again, problems with cashback in Citrus. Apparently, Citrus "cares and respects very much" its customers. The last two times I ordered in Citrus and both cashbacks were canceled. Each time you have to contact the Letyshops support service. I highly do not recommend Citrus for my devil-may-care attitude.
