I don't want cashback. For several years now we have been resting in Adler mini-hotel Victoria on Tavricheskaya street. We checked in via Booking.com. Wonderful site, wonderful place, wonderful hosts.
Booked hotels in Vietnam, stayed until 04/09/18. Cashback has not been credited yet. I wrote to the support service, attached the screenshots, there is still no answer.

In July last year, I booked 2 hotels in Vietnam through Booking and Letishops, staying in them in January-February 2018. The cashback status is still "pending" (more than 3 months after leaving the hotels !!!), and the amount is quite large.
