I answered and sent the screenshots exactly in the format in which I was asked. Then they promised to answer in 4 weeks. A month and a half passed. When I asked if the situation about my order was cleared up, I was informed that, unfortunately, I had not yet received an answer from the partners, but so that I would not worry, and that the question was under control. And right in the same message they asked if I had a receipt for payment, they say it would be difficult to solve my question without it, but if not, they will try to send a request with the documents that I had sent earlier. Very strange work of the support service! That is, after almost two months, no one has even dealt with my question yet! But for some reason they write to me that the question is under control! Two months ago the check was for some reason not needed, but now it was suddenly needed, moreover, when I asked myself, and if I had not asked, then okay, apparently! And it's strange that the support staff do not know that Bookingcom does not issue electronic checks, and only the last 10 payment transactions are saved in the online bank, and of course, after two months, the necessary hotel payment transaction has already been lost! This attitude is very unpleasant! It's a pity, but it's probably time to start using some other cashback.

I went to the letyshops website from a different account, and the "pending" status appeared instantly ...
