We are also interested in ensuring that each of your orders is successfully recorded in our system, since we receive rewards from stores only for such orders.
Try using a separate browser for cashback purchases. Install only the Letyshops extension on it and do not go through this browser to sites other than Letyshops and the partner stores where you make the purchase.
