When the goods are sent from China by simple letter or parcel post, then do not wait for the delivery time to end - open a dispute !!! - Why - the goods are not tracked and where it is lost cannot be determined, we are offended by the store, but the point is not in the store, but in the post office employees who do not issue the goods and are waiting for the claim period to end !!! I had the experience of losses when I waited and hoped that the goods were going for a long time and the claim period passed, although the mark of sending the goods was further than the tracking of the goods was not carried out and the goods were not received. I ordered 19 different products, 16 products that were tracked and 2 that were not tracked I received, and one product that I ordered was one of the first I did not receive and the deadline is coming to an end - opened a dispute - the seller swears that the goods have to be shipped and at the same time sent a request where goods, for which we are very grateful to him, and oh my God, the parcel is handed over to me without a receipt !!!
