It may take up to 5 days for cashback for your order made on AliExpress to appear in your account with "Pending" status.
- for the VAT (value added tax) that is included into each order amount;
- if a product value is too low and the possible cashback amount is less than 0.01 USD;
- for orders from the "3 for $5.99" section;
- any goods from Plaza section;
- if the item was added to the cart of your "Wish List" before activating cashback;
- any orders for which a dispute has been opened;
- any purchases of gift certificates, coupons, payment discounts;
- any additional services (delivery, wrapping, mobile phone topping up, and so on);
- any orders made using several AliExpress accounts with coupons;
- if the seller changes price after the item has been added to your cart;
- if the order's status is "Awaiting Payment" for more than 3 days.
- Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
- Usage of any kind of promotional codes may lead to that cashback will not be credited.
- The order number on AliExpress can slightly differ from the one shown in your LetyShops account.
- The maximum cashback amount for one order is $40.
- The cashback amount credited to your account balance may vary from the amount displayed before. This is caused by the conversion of rates between the shop's and your account's currencies.

Great store, I receive the goods from 20 to 35 days, but there is one thing but ??? When the goods are sent from China by simple letter or parcel post, then do not wait for the delivery time to end - open a dispute !!! - Why - the goods are not tracked and where it is lost cannot be determined, we are offended by the store, but the point is not in the store, but in the post office employees who do not issue the goods and are waiting for the claim period to end !!! I had the experience of losses when I waited and hoped that the goods were going for a long time and the claim period passed, although the mark of sending the goods was further than the tracking of the goods was not carried out and the goods were not received. I ordered 19 different products, 16 products that were tracked and 2 that were not tracked I received, and one product that I ordered was one of the first I did not receive and the deadline is coming to an end - opened a dispute - the seller swears that the goods have to be shipped and at the same time sent a request where goods, for which we are very grateful to him, and oh my God, the parcel is handed over to me without a receipt !!!
