I have been using the service for several years. There was a problem with incorrect debiting of funds for purchased products (as it turned out, Privatbank debited funds converted at its own rate from the hryvnia card, which this "wonderful bank" of course did not warn about). At the same time, in response to my request, the manager Lena Ibatullina (LetyShops) promptly (within a day!) resolved my issue and the funds were compensated at the company's expense, since there was no warning about a possible double conversion on their website. Given the above, I recommend the Ukrainian service LetyShops, as modern, meeting leading European standards, where they treat their users with care and attention.

For small purchases, it works without a hitch, but when you make a large purchase, the algorithm curiously fails. I'm not the only one this has happened to... When you write to customer service, they tell you it's not their fault, but the store's. The end result is that you hire a service and it doesn't deliver. Obviously, they're covered, since the terms and conditions make it clear that they're not responsible for any flaws in their algorithm... If it's your product, they should be responsible for their flaws, I say... The end result: They haven't solved anything for me. They offered me a coupon to increase my cashback for two days, which makes no sense; it's like spending money again. They've given me back a sixth of what they should have and are offering me more cashback... Anyway, I won't use this service again.
