I thought it was stupid... And instead, expense after expense, I saved a little more for each purchase made. Very intuitive and easy to use. I also tried the customer service: very efficient and quick to respond, completely at your disposal to give you a hand in any eventual problem or doubt. Very convenient and well structured both from the point of view of purchases, with every single rule available for each store, and of the explanations of how to receive the money in question. I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and friends.

The cashback was not released on Amazon Mexico and the maximum time for its accreditation had already passed. The system tells you to generate a query or clarification when this happens, but when you try to do so, it does not allow you to do it and only says that Amazon does not accept clarifications, so I thought the cashback would be lost and I did not try anything else, until I left my comment in the Amazon store section and with my comment they helped me find a solution to my case and created a query for me. "Agent Veronica gave a prompt and satisfactory response." I thank her for the attention provided and for being aware of my case even when it took me a while to respond, she was always willing to help me and find a solution (Thank you Miss Veronica) for providing a solution to the cashback refund.

Super professional. María M. helped me and resolved all my issues. I made a purchase at MediaMarkt, and when I was paying, the cashback error faltered. It showed 2.75% and then 10%. Letyshops took care of paying the remaining percentage up to that 10% out of their own pocket. The management of these guys is incredible. 10/10. Highly recommended.
