Purchases at The Phone House ES with cashback in New Zealand

= I do not recommend anything to buy here. I was checking that the cashback was activated and it was not added to me so I had to claim. Even so, the very expensive product came from Hong Kong and was estimated to take 15 days. It has been stopped by customs and it has been a month. Keep in mind that not only the cashback "fails" but that the times are not correct since you are not notified of anything.

It is the second activity watch that I have bought at the phone house but since none of the first one, I should put the characteristics in more detail.

I bought my first iPhone at Phone House when I saw the price of its reconditioned ones, however it did not last me even 8 months. It went off and did not come back on, instead of giving me a new one in good condition they gave me a voucher for the amount I had spent on the mobile which I used for another reconditioned (big failure). I had money left over from that voucher and the clerk told me that I could redeem it whenever I wanted. That second phone also started to fail within a year, so I had it fixed and they didn't want to fix it! Today I have bought my new iPhone at MediaMarkt with an incredible price and being new. All this review comes from something that happened to me today since I went to exchange what was left of my voucher in some headphones for the new iPhone and to my surprise they tell me that the voucher expired after half a year! I really feel cheated as they have made me lose money not only for not giving the proper explanations but also for lying saying that the voucher did not expire. I will not buy from Phone House again if they do not solve my problem and I do not recommend that you buy.

What scammers. Today 11/27 they launch the Black Friday Offer for S10, and at noon there is no stock to buy it through the web, or to pick it up in any store except a couple of them in Madrid and Barcelona. I will not buy anything from this company again
