When you create a cashback request, it is checked by the system, after which a request is submitted to the store for a refund.
4 months is the maximum period and we usually get answers much earlier. In the case of Silpo, this period is 1-2 months.
Regarding the purchases themselves, they always need to be made on the Silpo store website.
If you do this in the Silpo app, cashback will not be credited, as this is a violation of the store's terms and conditions.
I also recommend:
1. Add products to the Cart after switching from LetyShops, without using third-party resources and links to search for products.
2. Disable your ad blocker before shopping if you have one installed on your smartphone. If you are shopping in a computer browser, disable third-party extensions and the same ad blocker.
