Although, judging by the fact that we have all been writing this for more than one year, in our opinion, the management, like the buyers, deeply does not care. I do not recommend this store because of its rude attitude towards its regular customers.

Everything is fine with the order in the store, with cashback it is not clear why they chose this idea - to charge more first, and to charge a smaller amount. This spoils the impression of the loyalty system and the store as a whole. It would be better to do the opposite, if nothing else works. I have not observed such a problem in other stores, it is something custom here. Maybe listen to customer feedback?

I did not understand this billing system at all. Why should I accrue conditional UAH 500 cashback, if I actually receive UAH 200 from them? You either do not promise such cashback, or charge the full amount from the stated amount.
